Jubilee Open Gardens weekend in The Charltons. Come and visit a mixture of delightful gardens in our beautiful villages on our Jubilee Open Gardens weekend which is being organised by our churches. Admission is £3.50 for one day £6 for both days and maps can be purchased from the Reading Room, Hillway Charlton Mackrell, TA11 6AN. On Saturday 9 June the gardens will be open from 11am until 5,30 and coffees, lunch and afternoon teas will be available and on Sunday 10 June the gardens will be open from 1pm until 5.30pm with afternoon teas.

Developing a Response to Domestic Abuse and Violence. The Diocesan Social Justice and Environment Group is organising a morning to consider how best to equip churches to respond appropriately where domestic violence is encountered. Summer Organ Festival: Jonathan Vaughn, Wells Cathedral. Jonathan Vaughn, Assistant Organist of Wells Cathedral, give the second recital of the Summer Organ Festival. Audience members will be able to see the player's hands and feet via the new video link.

Martock Guardians outdoor concert: The Rex Trevett Big Band. The concert will take place in the orchards behind Mr & Mrs J. Bradford's house with car access signed to large car free car park by performance area. The band will play famous tunes from the Swing and Big Band eras, in an open-sided marquee with numerous gazebos for the audience if wet. Bring a picnic (rugs, folding chairs, tables) wine & fruit juice available. The Rex Trevett band plays outdoors in Bridport on market days and at regular concerts.
