Kit 4 Kids

Zambian schoolgirls having fun in class
Kit 4 Kids is all about children and young people across Bath & Wells helping to raise money to change the lives of children and young people in our partner dioceses in Zambia.
It's about expressing God's love in actions as well as words and making a real difference in the real world.
Kit 4 Kids was launched as part of the diocese's 1100th anniversary celebrations in 2009 and the great work continues!
£16, 481.47 has been raised and we'd like to say a huge thank you to all our donors!
This appeal is now closed. The money raised has been divided between the dioceses and each has allocated their share to a particular project in their area, see list below. They will send reports as the work progresses and updates will be posted on this page as soon as they are available.
Lusaka Diocese: Improve the water supply and sanitation at St Mark’s Secondary School in Mapanza.
Eastern Diocese: New desks and equipment for St Francis Basic School, Msoro.
Central Diocese: Borehole and support for projects involving orphans and vulnerable children.
Northern Diocese: Providing facilities at the new school at the Mission Station in Mwinilunga.
Below are some recent reports from 2012 from the Diocese of Northern Zambia showing some of the good uses they have made of the money received.
